You may want to keep photographs, jewellery, family documents or a particular piece of furniture. You don’t need to move these items yourself. Let us know what you are looking for and, where possible, we can help locate it and set it aside.
If some belongings need to go to a relative’s home or into storage, we can discuss those arrangements as part of the clearance.
We organise removal, donations and recycling
Not everything in a property needs to be thrown away. Where suitable items can be donated or recycled, we separate them and deliver them to the appropriate outlet.
Some belongings may also be suitable for sale through an auction house. We can help identify potential items and arrange transport where appropriate. Any sale proceeds go directly to the client and may help offset the clearance cost.
Our aim is to handle these arrangements as part of the service, saving you from coordinating separate collections and deliveries.
Help getting the property ready for its next stage
Removing the contents is often only one part of preparing a property for sale or its next use.
We can also discuss cleaning, exterior pressure cleaning and garden maintenance as part of the work. This gives you one point of contact for the clearance and the additional services the property needs.
